Bio
Patrick West has over 40 years of experience in the Home Furnishings Industry. His past leadership positions include Director of Merchandising for a Top 100 furniture retailer, Regional Sales Manager for GERS Retail Systems, President of Shepherd Management Group and President of Shepherd Performance Groups.

Patrick has co-developed e-Learning and integrated software solutions to simplify complex tasks in the areas of Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service and Finance Management. He has also developed comprehensive management and training solutions that are in use today throughout the home furnishings industry.

Patrick has also worked internationally with Home Furnishings Retailers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and Australia.
